Nisa Hazal Öcal, the founder of NL Hotel’s Key System Solutions, first graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of International Relations in English.
During her high school years, she was selected as a participant in a project prepared by the Ministry of National Education and received a short-term education in France.
During her university education, she received internship trainings in Germany and France to improve herself in the field.
In the corporate business world, he worked as a sales manager in the health tourism branch in Istanbul. Then he stepped into professional tourism life with a boutique hotel project in Antalya.
While serving in this field, he continued and graduated from Anadolu University Vocational School of Justice.
Thanks to this department, which provides competence in reading the rules of law, he has a more professional and conscious perspective in the field of tourism.
With the motto of creating value in tourism, he has worked on guest experience, personalized service, bleisureconvenience trends.
This journey, which took him from a boutique hotel to a hotel group, has enabled him to gain serious experience in the field by living in many areas.

The increasing trend of digitalization in tourism in this period has ensured that a young and dynamic management approach that knows and recognizes the expectations of Generation Z, which has become a consumer, and can quickly adapt to current changes in the system has become the key to success.
In addition to his long-term work with online travel agencies, hotel management systems, channel managers, which we call OTAs, he has received face-to-face and online trainings that will enable him to master the digitalization process in tourism.
In addition to the Niss Hotel Group, which he manages, he also provides process management consultancy to different hotel groups.
