Who Is Nisa Öcal?

Nisa Hazal Öcal, founder of NL Hotel’s Key System Solutions, graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of International Relations in English. She completed internships in Germany and France, worked in health tourism sales management in Istanbul, and began her professional tourism career with a boutique hotel project in Antalya.

Her experience in digital transformation, online travel agencies, hotel management systems and channel managers is now shared with hotel groups through process management consulting.

About Us

Nisa Hazal Öcal first graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University’s English International Relations Department. During high school, she was selected for a project prepared by the Ministry of National Education and received short-term training in France. During university, she continued to develop herself through internships in Germany and France.

She worked as a sales manager in health tourism in Istanbul and then stepped into professional tourism through a boutique hotel project in Antalya. While serving in this field, she also completed Anadolu University’s Vocational School of Justice.

This legal education gave her the ability to read rules and regulations with a more professional, informed perspective in tourism. With the motto of creating value in tourism, she focused on guest experience, personalized service and bleisure accommodation trends.

The rapid digitalization of tourism made young, dynamic management approaches more important than ever: understanding Generation Z, adapting quickly to system changes and knowing online behavior became essential for success.

Alongside long-term work with online travel agencies, hotel management systems and channel managers, she has participated in both in-person and online trainings to master the digital transformation process in tourism.

In addition to her role in Niss Hotel Group, she provides process management consulting to different hotel groups.
